but even if it is slow it still download's the updates, so i would not change AV just because sometimes or rarely updates slow.

Reliable? Trust me Kaspersky will protect you better then many AV's out there, Maybe not all but many AV's!
consider that top3 right now are: Avira, Kaspersky, Symantec, just choose one of them and i think you will be protected real good.
