Completely new install of SB+ (1.13.1) with new/default ini files - same problems.
This happens with a brand new install of SB+ in the default sandbox, and whatever isolation level is set. It is SO ANNOYING!
Uninstalled SB+ deleting all settings and sandboxes, reinstalled with defaults, and while Explorer actually showed its window it then closed after...
