Sorry for late reply. If you also have Paragon Backup and recovery 12, you can try the Restore Wizard from that and browse to the archive.
Not sure why you are having that problem. Paragon backs up and restores my linux partitions fine. Perhaps it is something specific to your system.

You could try the partition undelete function, it will be on the paragon boot disc.
Perhaps you try a partition recovery tool. If it finds the original structure, you may be ok.
