no, it's been running nicely for me too. currently using: Windows 7 x86 build 7057.
I changed back to NOD32 after using another AV for some months (I currently have licences for 2 diferent AV's) and I can say that I'm very pleased...
For the record, I installed Avira AntiVir Premium on Windows 7 Beta build 7000 and it works beautifully. It is a really nice OS, btw. :)
