Ah... I think i found the rule. Its the BLOCK RULE "UDP : Any other UDP packet"... has a ! next to it, ill just uncheck that if thats okay?
Also, when I right click on it, at the top of the menu says "Add Rule: UDP : Allow Port 1900"
