You could go for ESET Smart Security/NOD32 Antivirus 5 and Sandboxie. ESET is silent for as long as you don't set the HIPS to Interactive mode. ;)
Added program locations (path) of AppGuard, MBAM, Hitman Pro and drive D to Blocked Access.
Once you finally set it to Interactive mode, it's still noisy and won't shut up for just a short time
