    thanks very much for offering help. I tried again today. It can scan now. I did not change anything. Yesterday, I also tried reboot but did not help.

    Hi, I am using v3.0.5.220. When I click "Scan My PC Now" I got the error in attachment. No matter i click "OK" or "Cancel", it won't start...
