Maybe your mbr is corapted... try backup c:\ and use "clear mbr" util... or even try format it using windows XP install disk...maybe it can help...

High performance = archive? so what archive stand for? coz u can select respect for coustom archive + HP for same folders...so how can it be????
i found something realy wierd.... when tag respect archive(on auto)+HP(coustom folder selected) it put the data in the inner track which is very...
btw ... what the diff between archive and high performance ? i mean u can "RESPECT " them both during defrag....so what are the "High performance...

you know erik... something very important is missing from FDISR and its the subsystem like in EF / RB (dos mode) . in this MODE u can save one...
someone else said that but it true , FDISR support xp and vista , its will take something like 2-3 years xp will gone for good.... for vista also...

yes it can be done.... u make the snapshot archive and than u can restore it on what ever snapshot u want on the "live" state of you pc...
