    ESS 3.0 compared to Comodo Firewall

    MasterTB comodo does the same checking of packets ess does. It is just not default or used much.

    No it is outposts processes. See pic. The mem usage shown is with p2p applications. Without utorrent open i would get about 5mb in total.

    ThreatFire prevents against BufferOverflow- any other HIPS?

    KMel would probably not even be effected but cmg would be compatible with any browser as it is not a plugin.

    I am pretty sure it used to be trustix personal firewall. Trustix was bought by comodo which made almost all their products free....
