    Have you tried a BartPE CD, you may have to add the appropriate drivers. Chances are, it will be much faster.

    For me, this has to do with the way the bios recognizes the new drive. I had to go into the bios and change the new drive from "Auto" to "LBA"...

    I still get build 3718 for Universal Restore. Are you sure about it? How did you get it? The updates and redownload pages both give me 3718.
