    I install 3677 a few days ago and never had any problems, and it`s working great. Can`t say what`ll happen in your case though.

    Yes you`re going to need that dll for Nero to run properly.

    Should I remove Shadowsurfer first?

    I got rid of shadowsurfer and just used a frozen snapshot. It does the same thing as far as I`m concerned.
