Comodo and BD are aware of this issue but I think BD is actually going to fix it with an upcoming update (hopefully).

I had the same issue along with disappearing snapshots. Overall though I like where this software is headed, it needs to fix at least those 2...

I wouldn't consider BD's active virus control an equivalent of a HIPS. While Comodos defense + contains a bb it in itself is not the same thing.
