installing ESS on servers is not a good idea. its recommended that you install nod32 on server, your ess un and pw is valid for nod32 also...
did you try the eset mebroot remover?
we've got v4 on all of our servers, with no problems whatsoever. you might want to set NOD32 on server as recommended by ESET

i had this problem today, solved it with revo uninstaller
theres an uninstall tool for NOD32 v2.7 here. i've used it a couple of times myself, it works fine, don't know if its official.

if you're updating the clients from internet, you have to change their username also. Send them new configuration with new UN and PW. the better...
