On one computer here I was able to boot with their cd to do, create an image then looked at drives sizes didn't resemble near what I had on that...

I now installed KB2454826 it installed in a reboot with a progress install by per cents which it hadn't shown when I tried all the dl'ds at once...

Even if you had got in installed and needed to reload a full backup the mbr might be no good Seen that on a few vista machines with it. Good Luck.
Acronis is a great product no mistake about it. However....that typed TI was much better in previous versions even the backup...
