    thanks for the link... those two standalone scanner works fine and they didnt find any rootkits... but my FSAV scan for rootkits still doesnt...

    reinstall did not fix it, i still couldn't scan for rootkits... i wonder what could be stopping f-secure from scanning for rootkits. i may have...

    when i scan for rootkits, this is what i always get... it does not seem to work as it says 0 files scanned...
