Since you have a Western Digital External HD, I'd download this tool, and keep it on hand...just in case you need it. I've used it. Works great....

If you downloaded the BartPE plugins from H E R E, they're out of date. After you Install Acronis 9.0 v3677, use the BartPE plugins from that folder.
