I haven't seen it enforced on my T-mobile plan. I used 9 GB on month. I can hit 5GB per month easy steaming music and podcasts ;D
Verizon, T-mobile and Sprint in the US are unlimited.... For now. Also, AT&T if you are grandfathered in. ;D

At what point does the the BB jump into action? If the A2/Ikarus engine(s) see the potential threat first will the BB have time to intercept...
