There was a big update for NOD32 Av V.3 today to. Took a while on a fast connection. "Modules" ;)
Absolutley zero problems for me with Utorrent and NOD32 621 here. Didnt have to do a thing. Sounds more like Outpost causing grief.
Comodo has one BIG flaw at present, it allows all programs on its "trusted" list to access the net, Thats not great if you want some of those apps...

PDF's load fine for me with V.3 checked them all, different sizes, no problem. Even NOD32 for MS Exchange Version 2 5.87 MB...
I know it suxx at detecting your AV. I asked long ago for them to recognize NOD, never happened. ;)
