    I also use Kaspersky and don't doubt the abilities of this great software but still feel a little safer having some sort of anti-trojan program...

    This also happened to me after upgrading from 3.5 to 4. The solution for me anyway was to uninstall 4.0 then reinstall 4.0 again.

    I meant I disabled Kaspersky and process guard before trying to install ewidos guard without any luck,sorry for not being more clear.
