Funny how things work, I use Total Commander here on XP SP2 with no problems at all with NOD32 that I have noticed.
Have you checked System/list all files in IMON Setup/Miscellaneous/Scanner Setup If so, uncheck it.
I realise this is somewhat off-topic, but BOClean works beautifully here as an anti-Trojan with NOD32 and has no noticeable effect on performance.
