    I think your GameGuard conflicts with Eset Kernel drivers. Try to send to ESET support 'Full memory dump' and I think they will be able to fix...

    Sounds nice... Can I clean infected PC with this disc/flash if that computer will be without Eset AV installed and without Internet connection too?

    You can try to disable Eset kernel from services console or change permissions on keys. But in any case you can uninstall product in Safe Mode...
