    I have same isue with ESET SS4 and Google chrome ... ping are 500ms +- when I disable this function (Active check HTTP) then 20ms

    slowing my download only ... pings are ok, upload ok too only download gets from 700KB/s to 200-300KB/s. on second PC where is Windows XP...

    Email was send with logs from Smart security v 4.0.424.0 but it is same as 4.0.437.0 and versions before.
