Suggest you get the latest version and download it (from eset.com) and clear the cache then try as it just worked for me think the update servers...

Did you run a deep scan with NOD? It's always wise to run at least once in a while. It's always a possibility too that Bitdefender found false...

I'd rather have a black list and be protected than rely purely on http detection. :)
You could also upload the file to virustotal as Marcos suggested for another opinion. :)
