I tried to test the firewall in ESS. These are my results: 1.Ghost: FAIL 2.jumper: FAIL 3. GRC leaktest: PASS 4. Pc Audit: PASS 5....
tried setting the firewall rules and pushing the update button several times but still no update
I'm testing the ESS on a seperate PC again. Just installed and it tells me I'm on the latest signatures. The date tells me is it May 3rd 2007...
Security wise it is one of the best, maybe the best. But their support is very lousy and the program is quite heavy

I would advice the KIS6. The beta 7 is far more fast and smooth but still is a beta. It is possible that bugs will appear

Don't think this is exactly right. When I download eicar once ESS is popping up about five times.
Just download and install it. You'll see. Even on the highest settings it works fast and smooth

To let it work well you have to set it to tag never
It failed a lot of the leaktests. For example it fails all from the aklt.exe tests.
Haha Who knows. I always liked NOD32 (besides my Kaspersky offcourse;) What I like about KIS is the high detection rate and the really good...
You can change these in the setting area. Please go to set up->pop3->uncheck tags This is the mail security area not the anti spam.
