is this new version really that light? and will it hold / be that light all the time, even after they upgrade it some month's / weeks and so?...
the GUI look nice and friendly, but i dont know about their detection-rate?

it could be a FP. nod32 seem to detect some FP's as real threat sometimes, so if i were you i would check that file.
