You are welcome, I had the same issue when trying to install WVSX some time ago :)
To install WVSX, try disabling temporally W10 ASLR...
Patches are gradually delivered, so just be patient :)

For certificate warnings, you can try in Application Control rules of the application -> Exclusions, as an example: [ATTACH]
Did You try in Kaspersky Notification Center, in this notification to select [Ignore]? [ATTACH]

Try disabling scan of EV certificates in Kaspersky settings...
For which browsers? for FF K. should warn (and lead You to install it) in status panel, and in Chrome should auto install...
About scan speed of WV in general, dev has stated several times at MWT that 1st time will be slow, subsequent scans will be faster...
Just uninstall KSeC (VPN) if they are not going to use it... Did You set Interactive Mode or Auto Mode? bittorrent prompt? :confused: maybe not...
