If your PC is x64, then you just need the Autoruns64.exe, you don't even need the .dll file that comes with it, so you can delete that too to save...

So are you saying that if you set "DisableAppUpdate" to false, or do not have/use a "policies.json" file this "UpdateLock" file does not happen?...
