ok i just finished reading that section,,i had to "UNCKECK" the PROXY SERVER now it took the update..but still on those instructions...

yes i have a paid version.i check task manager and i have nod32 running,,but there must be a reason why it doesn't load at the startup
note: still no response from NOD32 TECH SUPPORT
also i just run registry mechanic and i have this quarantine directory c:\program files\eset infected i proceed to fix this,,but for nothing...
no i don't see the nod32 at the system tray
i tried but it doesn't work..also that selection is "do not display nod32 spash screen at startup" what i need is to allow this splash screen at...
