Well, I think they should stick on antivirus only. I haven't seen a very good firewall made by a company making AV also...at least for the moment....

Hezakiah, AV behaviour depends from one PC to another. I spotted that too... it depends on your hardware and also on your other softwares...
As far as I've tested KAV2006 had much FP's than v.5.0..maybe they fixed it now. I"m not sure. Anyway NOD32 doesn't give many FP. Watch the latest...
