I have sold 3 licenses yesterday and am still waiting for the Email from ESET with my customer's user names and passwords. Does anyone know what is taking so long? Matt 310 Custom Computers
Hello, first of all, make sure that the email was not evaluated as unsolicited and moved to the junk folder, if you use a spam filter. If this is not the case, please contact the distributor you purchased NOD32 from.
It did not go into my spam folder. I did check that. My customers did not receive the email from ESET either. I am the re-seller, I purchased the licenses through the reseller order site. I have been a NOD32 reseller for over 2 years. Matt
I need some reseller help, please Voice mail left with the sales department, waiting for a reply. I have been a reseller for over 2 years. Starting Friday, 8-4-06, I have been unable to sell product. I fill out the sales form on the web site, and I receive no reply from the ESET sales server, and my customers do not receive their email for their purchase. Support@eset.com has been no help. In fact, their data base shows my last sale was in April 06. Something is badly wrong here, and I have paying customers wanting NOD32. Can someone help me out. fixed I was not included in the server transfer email. I was logging into the old site. Bummer for me.
