Customer Satisfaction Survey-- free 2 months subscription extension

Please chill out! The ladies are working extremely hard verifying and sending confirmation e-mails. I haven't received mine since a LONG while ago after completing the survey and I'm just chilled! I know the 2-month extension is "NARLEY" and Eset and they should be commended. At least they didn't have all of us complete the survey and then randomly pick 1 winner! Just think of the odds of winning!

 

Did you PM Bandicoot as instructed in this thread? He sorted everything out for me in two days...

 

Yes, I sent him a PM on 1-26, and I have sent other PM's as well. The last PM from him to me said they sent me a confirmation e-mail--and I replied that I have not received any confirmation.

 

Well I've seem lost email sometimes. Once I had an email that took 3 days to reach the recipient... I never understtod how that happened. Probably bad servers on the way

You could ask him to send your confirmation to another email if you have one, after all your mail server could have filtered Eset´s email as spam, for instance. Some servers filter spam and do not notify the user. And if he confirmed the email has been sent and you didn´t recieve it, at least you have been informed your license has been extended you just don't have proof of it.

Anyway I'd keep the PM exchanged as proof of the extension of your license if anything wierd happens.

 

There is no possibility of the e-mail being deleted by my ISP server. I did send another PM stating I had not received any confirmation e-mail and still waiting for a reply from him.

 

I´d wait for his answer AND keep all PM exchanged as proof until you get your email. If anything happens you have proof of your license extension.

 

I am happy to report that today I received a phone call from eset and the issue has been resolved with an e-mail confirming the extended 60-day license.

I received 2 e-mails of confirmation! Does that mean i'm going to get 4 months extension?

 

Lucky you! Basically, it means that your email has been processed twice. If the person who was notifying of the extension on each email was different, it may be likely you got a four-month extension.
