    Hello brandis,

Thank you for all the information you sent us.

We also recommend you to update your copy of Acronis True Image 8.0 to the 903 build. In order to get access to updates you should register account on our site (or just log in if you have already created it) and then register your copy of the product. Then create a new bootable CD and see whether the problem remains.

If you do not receive any response from Acronis Support Team within 48 hours please let me know, I will find the reason for the delay.

    Thank you.

Re: DELL DIMENSION 9100 Ethernet controller not recognized by boot-CD 889/903

Version 903 did not fix the problem.

Acronis did send me a custom made boot disk, and it works, I hope they will implement this in the next TI update...

    Good work ACRONIS

I have the same PC and am evaluating your product against Symantec Livestate recovery and unfortunately both products lack support for this NIC which is a Intel 82532 ET 100 Base-TX PHY (Intel PRO/100 VE Network Connection). Any chance of getting a custom boot disk like brandis received?

    Hello mrsoftball,

Thank you for your interest in Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please contact support@acronis.com concerning this problem. Usually we provide this kind of .iso files only for those who have already purchased the product since this is the part of the full version. However, I think we will be able to find a way to help you with the problem.

    Thank you.

    Hello toebens,

Thank you for your interest in Acronis Disk Backup Software.

I am afraid the date when the solution will be implemented is not defined yet but we expect the build with the fix to be available very soon.

    Thank you.
