    Hi:)

There is no problem downloading the build 859 except at the very end there seems to be quite a very long pause before the window closes....

After it is downloaded I have the file trueimage8.0.859_s_en.exe

If I then try to install it everything is fine until I get to drivers installation please wait. After that nothing happens. The screen seems to freeze and I can't even click on start (bottom right of screen). I can click ctr/alt/delete it shows the process and doesn't suggest that it is not responding?? I end up each time after app 10 mins having to use ctrl/alt/delete to stop the frozen program screen and get back to the desktop.

I should maybe add I stopped all background tasks before installing the program. I then downloaded the file again in case the earlier one was faulty. Any suggestions? Replies appreciated.

I should maybe add that there was no problem earlier installing the program from the original installation disk. Also if I click on help then about, the build now says 859, although I am certain that I didn't install the drivers because of the frozen screen which I had to exit?..................Howard:)

    1) Uninstall all Acronis pieces, drivers, etc. you've already installed and restart your computer normally.

    2) From the desktop, install the latest version 859 from your downloaded program.

    3) Restart and you should be okay.
