[BUG] Out of the blue with the latest FREE version ( 15.0.1908.1548 ) Avira's WebGuard WFP Service is suddenly running in the background. While the Web Protection is only available for PRO users.
@marcuskng , can you please do something about the pre-defined scheduled scans that keep re-appearing after they have been deleted? They appear to be auto generated somehow whenever the automatic update job is run. Running Avira Antivirus Pro 15.0.1908.1548 on Win 10 Pro 1809. Thanks!!!

before asking here, i already tried manually deleting all the files in logs folder under program data, but that didn't remove records from the activities log ui.
I know. The link to my previous post it's not a workaround to solve the problem, it's a confirmation that "Activities" log in Avira's UI is just a crap.
Avira Antivirus for Windows, Version 15.0.1908.1579 released on Sept 4, 2019. https://install.avira-update.com/package/antivirus/win/en-us/avira_antivirus_en-us.exe Changelog: https://support.avira.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000109798-Avira-Antivirus-for-Windows
I have 4 USB external high capacity hard drives and one SSD . When I plug them in, Avira is supposed to show a window asking me "Allow this device to access your computer?". The problem is that this window pops up with 2 devices, with 3 of them including the SSD drive there is absolutely no reaction, and on one them it only blocks autoruns but lets the drive show its files. I'm not really concerned that much as they are my devices, but is this kind of inconsistent behaviour normal, or is there something to be done in the configuration of Avira?
@Osaban , You may set the devices accordingly in : Settings > PC Protection > Device Protection > Devices
