I have been using Zemana Anti Malware for some time now how come every time there is a up date prompt and I download and install, it reverts to free edition and I have to input key to reactivate it to get premium?

will ZAM ever be setup to disable Windows Defender on install. I know you may say it compliments it but honestly ZAM is getting to the development stage of being more then enough protection in my view.

I know that no single a/v is 100% safe, but I think you are being too modest

Hardly scientific I know, but so far ZAM has caught every piece of malware I have thrown at it - and it's blazingly fast, particularly when compared to it's well-known main rival.


A combination of ZAM, with something like Sandboxie and/or Voodooshield, is going to provide a pretty formidable layer of security for everyday use from what I have seen so far.

I'm sending a bug report right now for Zemana AM on the Zemana Website. What logs locally will Zemana need other than those from Windows Event Viewer? Is there anything in particular they will want? Zemana always crashes explorer on my Windows 7X64 machine if I allow it to remove anything it detects.

 

I went ahead, and sent the report. They can get back with me if they need more information.
