    Hi all :)

This afternoon i have wished to do a clean reinstallation of WSA-C 8.0.4.70. After uninstalling via the control panel, i have rebooted. And go figure what happens after this reboot...WSA has reinstalled by itself:eek: with all the protections deactivated!! I wonder why. Fortunately i have been able to roll back to a previous snapshot of my Win7 system and everything is back to normal *relief
So my question is how to completely uninstall WSA-C to do a new clean reinstallation?
    Thanks for your help.

    Cheers,
    Herve

Try to boot into safemode and uninstall. They used to have a tool to uninstall in these cases, but if all things fail then support is the best move. :)

Also ensure that in the WSA web console your protected system is set as "user configuration" and not high, medium, etc.

It reinstall itself because the service is still present, it must be deleted; you also have to delete the webroot folder in Program Files and WRdata in Program Data

Also I suggest staying online during uninstallation.
