I want to report that ESETUninstaller.exe found on:
    xttp://download.eset.com/special/ESETUninstaller.exe
As of today that is version 4.0.14.0

crashes on Windows XP SP3. :(

To reproduce run ESETUninstaller.exe /force from safe mode.

"ESET Uninstaller has encountered a problem and needs to close"

Luckily i still had a 4.0.8.0 version which works correctly.
Will this be fixed soono_O Still alot of customers are on XP.

    Hello,

I asked a QA engineer to check this and got a report back that ESET Uninstaller v4.0.14.0 does work properly under Microsoft Windows XP with Service Pack 3 installed. Perhaps there is another program or process which is interfering with its operation.

Please contact your nearest ESET office to open a ticket with a support engineer so that this issue may be investigated further.

    Regards,

    Aryeh Goretsky

So hopefully this indeed gets fixed in a newer version of the uninstaller.
