Please create either a kernel memory dump or run verifier.exe, disable verification for tcpip.sys and epfwtdir.sys, reproduce BSOD and upload the new minidump.

The problem is in the system driver tcpip.sys. Our developers assume that disabling the verifier might help. Try running
    "verifier /reset"

got a BSOD with indication to ntfs.sys right after restarting 4.2.42
moved back to 4.0.474. tried to reinstall 3 times 4.2.42 with always the same result.

Try disabling verifier per the instructions above and (or) Self-defense as well in case there's a conflict with another driver / software. A memory dump from BSOD will be required to identify the actual cause of the crash.
