Activation Issue

My hard drive died and I replaced it. Now Prevx will not accept my license activation on the same computer. The error window says that I can not use the license for more than one computer. Is there a way to activate Prevx on my computer again?

Hi Triple Helix. Thanks for the help/reply. I did do that yesterday but still haven't heard from them yet. I may have to write again if I don't hear anything from them. It has only been one day.

 

If it has been more than 24 hours I would ping them again as you need to have your PC secured! Have you set up your own account through My Prevx? https://my.prevx.com if not do it that way and delete the computer there and then activate again! You will need License and email that you got your license with to set up My Prevx!
