Avira Version 10, when?

    As for OA -- I *think* it has a web guard of its own, right?

    did you find avira10 more fast then 9?

    on real time and on demand
    i did not find improvements:'(

    Do you really need speed improvements? Avira is already the lightest and fastest around, isn't it?

    Absolutely, but you looked so dissapointed with the smiley and all, and I don't think one should really expect any special performance improvements for what is already the best performer, especially if improvements and additions in other areas are to be implemented. :)

    See post #192. Guess it will not be in the free version. Also, can anyone confirm if the rootkit scanner was taken out of version 10 free version?

    Why would anyone download any antivirus or antispyware and then turn off some of the features of its protection and then say that it doesn't protect you from malware like it should?

    It would seem to me that in order to get the full protection from Avira or any other program, You need to leave the core features turned on. Maybe it's just me.

    i hope at least "a action for concerning files" in the AntiVir Guard in the personal version

    Hello,

    There is a new Build from Avira Premium Security Suite and Avira AntiVir Professional. This build is also for 64bit Systems.

    This version addresses a lot of issues and is running extremely smoothly here.IMO a final release isn't too far away.:D
