Browser malfunction - unknown malware

hi this is my first time im using Wilderssecurity.
i hope my problems get solved. i use Windows XP professional Service pack 2. for protection i have NOD 32 antivirus. resently my PC has gone very slow and my browsers dont work AT ALL. i have downloaded and installed and reinstalled different browsers but same thing. there fore i think its a Trojan or a malware issue. please help me out here as my work is really getting affected.
