Annual Maintenance & Support - Horizon DataSys

    Wondering what your thoughts are on whether this is worth renewing. I know it won't provide updates, but would provide phone support.

    I purchased the "Gold" support for FD-ISR. Submitted twice and never received anything at all except the auto-responder.

    So IMO, it is completely worthless - a waste of money.

    This company has the worst support in the industry. Don't deal with them if you are smart.

    don't buy the annual maintenance and support....rollback rx ver. 8.1 is stable as rock!

    i bought mine when ver 8.1 was released, but i didnt use it at all.
