All I need is to be informed of my NOD32 password, so I can reactivate my license on a new PC...

I've submitted the password request form multiple times, I've filled in the contact support form multiple times, I've rung the US ("We can't help, ring Australia") and I've rung Australia multiple times (various numbers - line busy or recorded message instructing me to use the webform).

This has been going on for almost three weeks.

Dear forum members, what is the secret to getting help from Eset?

Did you buy from an Australian reseller? https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?p=1004876 Also see here http://www.eset.com/support/lost_license.php

Thanks for the links. I did buy via the .com.au site and I have used the forgotten password form. The form appears to send my details into a big black hole.

How do i get to speak to a human in Eset that can help?

Will hold tight here and see if a mod can help...

I think the password request form is only useful here in the US.

Try emailing support@eset.com.au. It always worked for me while I was studying in Australia.

Thank you all for your help. While waiting to see what help I could get, I resorted to restoring various versions of my Outlook mail file until I found the orginal license email (which included my password).

On a final note, the product is great, but this is the worst experience I've had with a help desk in a long time.
