Scheduled tasks

I am new to Acronis True Image and would like to know why the tasks that I had scheduled tasks did not run?

What version of True Image are you running?

What were the tasks that you had schedued?

 

Acronis Home 10.0 4942
Vista Home premium

The tasks is c drive backup and my G drive data backup is set to run every Sunday night at 1.00 & 2.00 AM.
Didn't run last night.

Has it run before or is this the first time ?
Have you tried starting the task manually? You can always cancel it.

Are these items enabled in Startup: Schedule helper, TI monitor and TI mounter ? In Services: Schedule helper2 should be running in automatic.

The Schedule 2 is running on auto, the others are not running.
The only other Acronis is Acrons OS Selector.

The missing three should be enabled in Windows Ms config, start ups.

• Error 1722, the RPC Server is unavailable

 

Well I changed my one schedule to 3 PM and it ran just fine.
Should be OK now.
