Made a thread awhile back about getting in to more stores and dropping the price. It was done. ESET Smart Security 4 in my local Walmart store for 55 dollars. I am now a ESEST customer. I would like to think that thread had something to do with it but I doubt it lol.

Yeah ESET has nothing better to do than watch threads on forums

On a side note, and putting teh sarcasm away. Welcome to teh ESET forums and the ESS family, you now have the most secure antivirus + firewall in the world + the best performance ever due to the low footprint.

Eset Smart Security / NOD32 pwn all other AntiVirus packages hands down

    Really think what?

If you mean that ESET doesn't watch the forums? Heck, if they don't even help customers when they send technical queries / complaints and just keep throwing you off to your local country's reseller, then the reseller turns out to have no clue of what you're talking about all they know is how to take your money. Then yes, I strongly believe that ESET has 0 Customer Service in my books and even when I complained about that issue. They did nothing, all I wanted was a simple answer of how I can enable sharing properly as I was not able to access my network files from another PC on the network also running Eset Smart Security.

Thank god, that geeks on these forums helped me within no time. If it weren't for the Wilder Forums I would have never continued to purchase Eset products.

The product is amazing, the customer service is poor.
