problem with my hdd

    hello,

    i have one hdd 250gb maxto, that funcionally correctly. two primary partition : one 30gb, and secondary the rest.

    but i d'ont now because the director 10 now only work with one hdd of 128 gb and i lost all data of secondary partition.

    the director has broken my hdd. i need help. please

    the data are very important.

    Please also let us know the build number of Acronis Disk Director Suite, you can find it in the Help->About dialog.

    Please create Acronis Report as it is described in Acronis Help Post and submit a request for technical support. Attach the collected report file to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    good.

    i conect other hdd of 30gb for delete and create partition , and this work director make correcly. but i d'ont now because the program writed in the hdd of 250gb. and now only now 128gb. the partition now have 98gb when the partition have 200 gb aprox.

    i think that perhaps the acronis editor repair my hdd write the parameters reals, but i d'not now

    now the cilynders only 16, when have 32 cilynders.

    Hello jomagar,

    Could you please clarify whether Windows recognizes this hard drive as 250 GB?

    Could you please create a screen shot of the internal Disk Management utility (Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Disk Management)?

    is the disk 1 , only have 128gb, when is a hdd of 250gb

    before the partition 2 had 200gb.

    is update,

    but this hdd has worked correctly with this pc,

    the problem isn't of the bios

    Besides equal other one recognizes it perfectly
