All this cool stuff and yet if we didn't search out, uninstall the old version and install the new version, we would have no idea about it. I really don't understand why Panda does not update to the latest version on it's own like EVERY OTHER PROGRAM on the planet. It makes no sense. Great software, but hilariously bad update system. Or should I say, non existent update system.

Really unfortunate considering it is a good product. I just don't understand why they would not update their software. When I was writing software, the last thing I wanted is people using an old version after an update had been released. Just plain silly. C'mon Panda...get your **** together.

 

Panda support told me to download the latest Panda Pro installer from my Panda account to get my licence working. After starting the installer the new version 18 has been uninstalled and Panda Pro 17.01 is now installed again. My key won't be accepted by version 18, very nice Panda.

I've never seen such version problems with any AV software, the upgrade process is really idiotic and no - I won't buy another licence ...
