I also use (default?) Automatic mode, which is the setting I would choose anyway. No pop-ups so far.

Low-level Security has less pop ups than Automatic mode.

@WiseVector - Fabulous program. Not a single glitch, miss or other acquainted with most softs here for the entire duration this series. Welcome your team to take our appreciation and keep up the spectacular work. Looking ahead to your next section of this unique program when it is released. Zero complaints here.

Just trying this out. Can you explain some more about the company? The website only says it was founded by people from different companies in the security industry. How many people does the company consist of? How do you keep the company sustainable? I read there is a paid version upcoming, but StopX was designed in 2017 and of course the team needs to be paid all these years. Or does WiseVector get financing from Venture Capital?
Running V3 beta with HIPS on Maximum, and Firewall on High, still not many prompts :thumb:
Btw I noticed that WiseVector has an OpenSSL dll file with version 1.1.0g, multiple security updates have been released since for the 1.1.0 branched and it is also now EOL.
Also WiseVectorSvc.exe does not use ASLR and none of the processes use CFG.

Probable FP. Reported FP through the UI.

    Thanks.

    Hello,
Thank you for your interest in WiseVector StopX.
We are a small company and self-funded. We plan to get financing from Venture Capital next year.:)

Now that V3.02 beta is out, I gave WVSX another try, to find out, if the upload issue has gone.
And yes, no more limitation on my upload.

    Hello, thank you!
What about the lack of ASLR/CFG and the out of date OpenSSL DLL's?

Changelogs now updated. Note that V3 is no longer beta:

    Hi,

Does WVSX still report this file as malicious?
If yes, can you please send the file to virus@wisevector.com or tell me the hash of the file. Thanks!

    Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. I will forward your suggestion to our technical team.
When we develop WiseVector StopX, stability needs to be considered. If everything goes well, we will keep openssl up to date.
