Hi, not Privazer releated but not worth it' own topic, and support hang here so good place to ask, anyways...

Is there any chance you'll ever update Shellbag Analyzer & Cleaner that's on your site? It's been many years since it was last updated and suffers from many GUI issues, maybe they're DPI related. Program still works great though, removes old shellbags, etc. but I find that it can be finicky at times and requires a restart because buttons will literally disappear if you move or adjust the window size, and for some reason it always starts up off-center on my monitor like I can see the corner of it can drag it to where it needs to be, but it should start centered.

Ah, glad you recognized that @Special. As efficient as regular program PrivaZer is, the Shellbag Analyzer & Cleaner gets daily use on these units on this end. Oftentimes several runs per day. It almost instantly speeds up my HDD's platter as those shellbags load up wasted space.

    Thanks @The_PrivaZer_Team :)

Yeah it's a good program that specializes in one thing and does it well, no bloat, not extra bell's and whistles, just cleans shellbags, and I hope they keep supporting it.

I run it about once a month and it always amazes me how many of those thing exists for "delete" folders and no long do.

I have absolutely no complaints about PrivaZer, it is a great program.
I do have one cosmetic request though which is an audible alert when a "Scan in Depth" is completed. As these sometimes take awhile, I will leave the computer, an audible would be very handy.

No high priority, just something to consider if you have the time.

I've updated to that ..10 version.
Last night, I decided to get a thorough cleaning.
As usual, I've checked-marked Start Cleaning and Shut Down Computer.
This morning, my computer was still ON.
I tried to wake it, but it started going through the process of shutting down.
I've had similar issues in the past about not able to shut down the computer.
    Switching back to .09 version.

We did not change anything in v4.0.10 related to PC shutdown.
Keep us posted if it happens again.

Watch out for the 4.0.10.0 update if you install somewhere other than the default directory! This update installs in the default, regardless -- a bug in need of a fix.

The workaround is to first uninstall, leaving the settings in place, then install. The install allows you to specify the directory.

Yes, that installs properly. Still shows as 4,0,10, however. Thanks for the fix.

Maybe the answer to this question is buried somewhere here. My concern is the Web Cache is not being cleaned o_O

    Hello @Rainwalker,

PrivaZer cleans the webcache files and is able to scan their content.
What's confusing is that you can still see Webcache files in Windows Explorer even after PrivaZer cleanups.
That's normal, PrivaZer can erase all Webcache files so that they get re-created with a pre-allocated size BUT empty

After cleanups, rescan them with PrivaZer, you will see that they have no real content.

Make sure that "Remove all" is selected :

    Hi @The_PrivaZer_Team
but adding this key (with lots of subkeys) Privazer will delete it and not find junk keys
It should clean the junk keys not all of them
    thanks
