I keep getting a (very annoying) notification about adding a WSA web extension for Edge - which I never use, so I would really appreciate learning how to stop this notification!

After my recent problems I notice that beta update v9.0.26.61 has not installed on my computer.
First time my beta has not updated as soon as update is released. Still on 9.0.24.49.

    Could it be this?
When installing/reinstalling the beta version, it is important not only to use your beta keycode, but also to use the beta and not the consumer download installer link.

I used the beta version and it is the only version I have on my computer.
Reinstalled again and now v9.0.26.61 is displayed as current version.
I think it is about time that I reformatted my computer to fix other strange glitches I have been experiencing
    since I installed Win 10 v 1903.

    Again thanks for your advice/assistance.

Even if you've always used the beta version, if you reinstall using the consumer download installer link, your version will revert to consumer version. Until the beta update a few days ago, the beta and consumer products had been on the same version for a while.

That is not true, the only way to go back to the release version from the beta is to do a clean reinstall but you can go from the release version to the beta by installing the Beta over the release version and it doesn't work going back to the released version.

I don't understand, but that's probably just me :(. I thought (but I stand to be corrected) that a Webroot reinstall, i.e. uninstall and then reinstall as opposed to installing over the top of the app, is a clean reinstall. The point I was trying to make was that when you reinstall, i.e. uninstall the beta and then install WSA afresh, if you forget to use the beta download link and grab the consumer download link instead, even though you enter your beta keycode you'll end up with the consumer version. Am I wrong on this??

You can go to the Beta by installing over top of the Release version but you can't go back. If you want to go back to the release version then you need to do a clean reinstall. Also what you said you need a Beta Keycode to turn on the Beta Features.

    It's a Registry Grabword thing!

Webroot now does a gradual rollout method for releases. As such, not everyone will receive the update at the same time.

This new version repeatedly asks me to click on popup to accept new terms/conditions-- very irritating. Is anyone else seeing this on Win 7 Pro SP1 ?

Thanks for any tips,is a reinstall needed ?

Yes and also the UI is notifying users to upgrade the new LassPass Password manager from the online account before June 25th or you could lose your passwords.

In the Beta with a Beta keycode yes (ScriptShield) but not sure about the release version so if you could Save a Scan Log and look for this near the bottom of the log: https://docs.webroot.com/us/en/home/wsa_pc_userguide/wsa_pc_userguide.htm#UsingReportsAndViewers/SavingScanLogs.htm?TocPath=Using%20Reports%20and%20Viewers|_____1

Wed 2019-07-31 10:26:29.0675 ScriptShield active config: 2S yes, SR no, FLR yes, RUD yes, SDE no, DSR no, DQT 65536, USE yes, UNR yes

I'll try that later today. I saw the option to whitelist scrips in the latest version but there's no other mention of it beyond that.

Can someone using Vivaldi browser confirm that padlock on icon (for Webroot Secure Anywhere Ver 9.0.26.61)
in system tray is missing. Vivaldi is a derivative of Google Chrome browser I believe. Padlock is showing in Chrome.

Any advice/assistance to remedy the problem would be appreciated.

And what if you add Vivaldi in ID shield?
